SuperBiller sets you up as an independent recruitment business owner — with your own brand, limited company, AI infrastructure, operational systems, and ongoing growth management. You keep 87.5% of every fee you bill. We handle the business infrastructure so you can focus entirely on recruiting.
Experienced recruiters currently billing inside an agency — typically billing £150K+ annually — who are ready to go independent but want the infrastructure, brand, and support to do it properly. We're not for brand-new recruiters or career changers. We work with people who already know how to bill.
Our target is 30 days from partnership confirmation to your first independent placement. Business setup, banking, contracts, CRM, AI tools, and brand assets are all handled in the first two weeks. You spend week three and four running your desk — not setting up infrastructure.

Every candidate you introduce to a client is logged permanently against that client. When a candidate updates their employment status anywhere — LinkedIn, email signatures, job boards — the system cross-references against your entire client list. If a match is found, you receive an instant alert with the candidate name, client, original introduction date, estimated fee, and a draft invoice ready to send.
Always. You configure exactly which roles and stages use AI versus a recruiter. You can step into any active AI workflow at any point, and any candidate can request a human at any time. The tools are built to augment your judgment, not replace it — every output is a starting point for your review, not a final action.
No. All tools are configured and integrated for you by the SuperBiller team before you go live. Your day-to-day experience is using dashboards and interfaces designed for recruiters, not developers. If anything needs changing or a new integration is needed, the team handles it — you don't need to touch code.
Partners receive priority early access to every new tool before it's released to the wider market. As a founder partner cohort, you also have direct input into the product roadmap — if there's a tool you need that doesn't exist yet, that feedback goes directly into our build pipeline.
You keep 87.5% of every placement fee you bill. The 12.5% goes to SuperBiller to cover ongoing infrastructure, support, growth management, and platform costs. There are no hidden fees, no per-placement charges, and no earnings caps. The more you bill, the more you keep. A recruiter billing £300K keeps £262,500 versus approximately £60K–£90K at most agencies.
Partnership pricing is discussed on your discovery call, as it varies based on your sector, billing history, and the scope of setup required. There is a one-time setup fee that covers company formation, all infrastructure, AI tool configuration, brand build, and your first 30 days of dedicated support. Ongoing, the only cost is the 12.5% revenue share — no monthly SaaS fees, no per-seat charges.
100%. You own your limited company, your client relationships, your candidate database, and your brand. SuperBiller is an infrastructure and support partner — not an employer. If you ever decide to exit the partnership, you take everything with you. Your business is yours from day one.
No minimum billing requirement. We partner with recruiters we believe will succeed independently — so we do our own assessment at the application stage. But once you're in, there are no targets, penalties, or performance clauses. You run your business at the pace that works for you.
No. The Asia option is an opportunity, not a requirement. Many SuperBiller partners operate from the UK, Europe, or elsewhere. The Asia pathway is available for partners who want to dramatically reduce their cost of living while billing into UK and European markets — but it's entirely optional.
The primary hubs we work with partners on are Bangkok (Thailand), Bali (Indonesia), Manila (Philippines), and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia). Each has different cost profiles, visa options, and lifestyle characteristics. We provide general guidance on the practicalities of each — partners are responsible for their own legal and immigration advice.
It varies by city and lifestyle, but a recruiter billing £200K from Bangkok typically lives very well on £30K–£40K per year — compared to £80K–£100K in London. Comfortable apartments run £500–£900/month, world-class food costs a fraction of UK prices, and healthcare is excellent and affordable. The maths are genuinely transformational for the right person.
We provide a structured pathway guide, introductions to partners already based in our Asia hubs, and practical advice from people who've made the move. We don't provide visa or immigration advice directly — for that, partners should consult a qualified immigration lawyer. All Asia pathway information from us is general guidance only.

The Safe Sourcing tool specifically manages consent, opt-outs, and audit trails automatically — so GDPR compliance is a feature of your workflow, not an afterthought.
We integrate with all major recruitment CRM and ATS platforms including Vincere, Bullhorn, JobAdder, Recruit CRM, and others. If you're using a less common system, we assess integration feasibility on your discovery call. Most integrations are handled within the first two weeks of your setup.
AI usage costs (the underlying API calls to models like GPT-4 and Claude) are separate from the partnership fee and typically range from $30 to $500 per month depending on your volume of tool usage. We'll give you a precise estimate based on your desk size and expected activity on your discovery call. These costs are passed through at cost — we don't mark them up.
